Frequently asked questions
How does the sort handle case and accents?
With “Ignore case” on (the default), apple and Apple sort together. Sorting is locale-aware, so accented characters like é sort where you'd expect rather than after z.
Can I also deduplicate while sorting?
Yes — run Sort, then Remove duplicates (or the other way around). Each button transforms the current text, so operations chain naturally.
Is my list uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser — safe for lists of names, emails, or anything private.
